'A General Meeting of the ‘C’ Ordinary Shareholders of Grafton Group (UK) plc and a General Meeting of Grafton Group (UK) plc will take place at 11.30am (immediately following the AGM of Grafton Group plc convened for 10.30am) on the 6th of May 2010 at the IMI Conference Centre, Sandyford Road, Dublin 16. The business of the General Meeting of the ‘C’ Ordinary Shareholders will be dealt with before the business of the General Meeting of Grafton Group (UK) plc.’
