Overview

Capita Corporate Registrars plc, the Group’s Registrar, offer an online shareholder services to Grafton Group shareholders. With this service shareholders can:

  • Check details of their shareholding


  • Download forms to notify the Registrar of a change in personal details such as a change in address or the amalgamation of separate accounts.


  • View their share trading history.


  • Opt for electronic shareholder communication.

Using online services

Some online services require you to register for a User ID , and some do not .

If you wish to access a service which requires a User ID and you do not have one for Grafton Group you will need to register for a User ID. Please note that to register online for a User ID you will need to enter your surname, investor code and postcode.
